Choose from a range of Massage Therapy Techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue,
Sports or Reflexology or ask your therapist to customize your massage treatment
with a stress-busting combination of any or all of these techniques. Füt Balm, a
wonderful crème with Eucalyptus, Pine and Lavender, is used to revive tired feet.

Aroma Akta Massage
Unwind during a sensory balancing aromatherapy massage experience with your choice
of four Äkta blends infused with essential oils. Aromatherapeutic oils tame tension
and eliminate stress leaving you feeling completely rejuvenated.

Calm Mind Massage
Quiet the mind and sooth body and spirit. Temples and scalp are massaged with Calm
Mind Oil, a restorative blend of peppermint and lavender. Customize your massage
with a combination of techniques or choose one: Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, or
Reflexology. Lavender Body Oil is used to achieve an overall feeling of bliss.

Revitalizing Hot Stone Massage
Melt your cares away while smooth, polished river rocks are heated and used to
massage the body. Stones are left in patterns on the body that balance the energy
centers. Revitalizing Body Oil adds not only a soothing feel to the treatment, but
also adds a wonderful aromatic element to the experience with essences of rosemary,
juniper and grapefruit.
